That was exactly our experience at TREND REGATA 2025 BRAIN:IT CUP.
Not a three-day vacation, but a reality check. We originally expected peaceful days on the waves – paddleboards, views, local flavors, sailing from point A to point B with prosecco in hand.

Reality? A race. With rankings. With competition. With teams that were prepared as if for a world championship. No "we'll see" – this was about precision, dynamics, and coordination.

And suddenly we were there too – seven people from completely different fields. We are used to working under pressure. But here something stronger emerged – a moment in which values and character are revealed. It was a micro-situation, a mirror of the world in which we work every day:

• When there is no backup plan, only the right decision.
• When trust is not just a nice word, but a real tool for survival.
• When the product (in this case, the ship) has no room for error.
• And when the team wins, not the individual.

We discovered that the principles that make us strong in business also work on the water: A clear vision. The courage to act. Trust in the team. And the ability to stay on course even in a storm or when there is no wind.
