To simplify the Payout environment and focus on the most important features, global search has been removed. But don't worry, we've prepared more intuitive solutions for you right where you'll use them most:

    • Transactions section: Here you will find quick search and advanced filtering options by:
      • Order ID
      • Transaction ID
      • Variable symbol
      • Customer email
      • and many other parameters.

    • Checkouts section (in the Payment Gateway section): Here, too, we have added advanced filtering options by:
      • Order ID
      • Checkout ID
      • Variable symbol
      • Customer email
      • and other important parameters.

We understand that it is important to have an overview of every payment. That is why we have optimized the data display as follows:

    • In Transactions, you will find all successfully processed payments. For card payments, we also show you those that failed (e.g., due to unsuccessful 3D Secure verification) so that you have a complete overview. If a payment is recorded in Transactions, you will automatically find it in the Checkouts section.
    • Checkouts records all payments created, including those that the customer did not complete. For example, if a customer starts a payment but does not complete it, you will find it in the "expired" status. This status may change to "successful" after the daily closing, giving you a clear picture of each payment attempt.

We believe that these changes will contribute to even more efficient and accurate management of your payments. At the same time, we aim to ensure maximum clarity and comfort when using them. Your satisfaction and trust are key to us.
