Payout offers solutions that allow investors the freedom to choose how they want to pay for their investment and, moreover, assures them that their money is safely deposited and allocated to the right project.
For Across Cword, we offer quick and easy payment methods such as bank buttons, VISA and Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay and QR codes or accelerated bank transfers. Payment via Payout is instantly cleared in the Across Crowd client's Payout account - with individual projects having their own sub-accounts in protected mode until the campaign is completed.
Across Crowd has a complete project transaction history in Payout Banking, such as incoming and outgoing payments, details of payments and payers, or balances in separate accounts for individual projects. Payout Digital Banking offers the ability to enter criteria for paying out an investment or refunding deposits when a campaign is unsuccessful at the end of an investment round.
With the help of an API, the data is easily accessed by other software to work with. Each Payout Digital Banking user has access to their data and can manage their own investment projects. Role-based access rights ensure -security and privacy for all users.
When a project is successfully funded on Across Crowd, Payout will begin disbursing project funds. Depending on the terms of the project, the funds collected may be disbursed either in one lump sum or in multiple installments. In order to distribute the payments fairly among the various stakeholders, Payout will automatically withhold the relevant fees and commissions for the use of their platform and other services and immediately disburse them to those who are entitled to them. This means that the project sponsor and other service providers on the platform will receive their money without unnecessary waiting or confusion.
As not all projects on the Across Crowd crowdfunding platform are successful and fail to raise enough funding, it is important that they are able to provide refunds to investors as easily as possible. In the event that the project fails to complete successfully and the defined payout requirements are not met, Payout will take care of the safe return of the money to the investors. This means that all investors will receive their deposits back in the same way they were made. Investors will be refunded their investment fully automatically.
By utilizing Payout's automated tools and processes, Across Crowd has successfully eliminated the need for manual returns on investments in a particular project. The new process gives investors the benefit of having funds returned to their account within minutes of the campaign ending.
