How to Sign Documents via Autogram
Electronic signature via the Autogram app is the most modern way to activate your Payout services. The whole process takes just a few minutes and you don't need a printer or post office.
Download Documents
First, download the contract documentation from Payout and save it to your computer in PDF format.
Download Autogram App
Download the Autogram app for your operating system (Windows, Mac, or Linux).
DOWNLOAD AUTOGRAM APPLaunch and Select Document
Open the Autogram app on your computer and follow these steps:
File Selection:
In the app, select the Payout document you want to sign.
Card Reader and Card:
Insert your card (eID) into the reader and click the "Sign" button.
Authorization and Signing
Security Code:
Enter your 6-digit security protection code (BOK).
Certificate Selection:
Select the signature (certificate) you want to use to sign the document.
Signing PIN:
Finally, enter your 6-digit signing PIN code.
Legal Validity and Verification
Validity:
Documents signed this way are considered as hand-signed, or even as notarized.
Easy Verification:
If you have a document that is already electronically signed, verifying signatures is just as easy. Insert the document into Autogram and you'll immediately see who signed it and how.
